8 WEEK WOMEN'SBOXING COURSE

Our women's boxing course starts on the 30th March 2017.
Classes will be held every
Thursday from 6:00pm at the Hersham Village Hall.

Our boxing training provides one of the best all-over body conditioning you can get including:

  • Improved heart and lung function
  • Muscle toning and increased energy
  • Weight loss, helping people to achieve realistic and attainable weight goals through boxing training
  • Confidence building

    This course is not a boxercise class,you will also benefit from learning how to actually box and defend yourself.
